This ability level chart, where I currently feel like I’m at level 4 surely is motivating… I’ll explain.

This is me autumn 2017, hunting pidgeons (basically checking out the premises before taking my son there the day after):

That guy has a lot of habits. I still have a few of them, but I’m working on breaking free. I want to break free. I don’t want to be that guy, with a cigarette in his mouth (check, 128 days without smoking today!), who surely is eating and drinking too much bad stuff. I don’t want to be that guy, who can’t run 1K straight without walking.

So, the ability chart is one of my ways of measuring going forward. I’m going to improve my CON / STA, and I’m going to move away from that 4!
